Notice to Newly Admitted Students
All newly admitted students are required to log in and start medical screening by completing the medical form before booking an appointment for physical appearance at the University Clinic.
Notice to Returning Students
All returning students should log in to update their records and complete the medical screening form for medical review. Returning students are not required to appear physically for medical examination unless specifically requested by the University Clinic.
